A common question in the LiveCrew questionnaires relates to the product the visitor was looking for (or actually purchased).
Several answer options are available for this question (which may vary based on your questionnaire configuration):
You know the exact product (SKU)
If you know the exact product, you can use filters, enter the product name/reference in the product field, or use a combination of both to find the product in your catalogue:

Type the product name or reference → you can directly enter the product name or reference in the "Choose a product" field and select the product:
Combination of filters and typing the product name or reference → you can use both methods to find the product more easily:
<aside> 👉 In some cases, you might not find the exact product reference (for instance, if the catalogue is outdated or you're searching for a discontinued reference). In such cases, simply fill in as much information you know about the product as described in option 2 below.

You have partial information about the product
If you only know some details about the product, like the product category or a specific model but not the size or colour, you can use the filters to input as much information as you know about the product and then proceed to the next question.
You don't know
If the visitor complained about the price range of the products in store or didn't like the brand in general, you might not be able to select a specific product. In that case, simply respond with "I don't know".
