If you're using "missed sales" questionnaires, you can view your missed sales in value (euros, dollars, etc) as well as in units:
You might wonder how these values are calculated.
- If the sales associate selected a specific product (SKU), then the price of that product is used.
- If the sales associate did not choose a specific product but selected certain product attributes (like the category or model, for example), then the average price of products from your catalogue with the same attributes is used. For instance, if the sales associate selected the category "Bags" and the model "Light Backpack", the missed sales value would be the average price of "Bags - Light backpack" products from your catalogue.
- If the sales associate didn't provide any information about the product, we use the Average Unit Retail (AUR) which can be set up in Settings > General Settings.
