A leaderboard is an effective way to encourage healthy competition and keep Sales Associates motivated to provide feedback. That's why, in LiveCrew, the leaderboard is displayed on the app's home page.

Depending on your specific use case, you may want to display the leaderboard:

• Per store - typically when there are few sales associates per store or a single user per store
• Per user - typically when a store has many sales associates
