LiveCrew gives you full control over who can access which dashboards and what data they can see. It’s important to understand that dashboard access and data access are two separate things.

A user might have access to a dashboard, but only see data from their own store, for example.


How Access Is Managed

Administrators are the only ones who can see and make modifications here.

There are two main areas where access is defined:


1. User Settings

(Settings → Users)

Here, you set which dashboards are visible to each user, depending on their role:

To restrict their data to specific stores (by brand, location, cluster, etc.), go to the “Stores” section in their profile and apply filters using either:

✅ Important: To apply these filters, make sure “Show all data” is unchecked in the dashboard settings (see next section).
